A limited edition one colour linoprint. Printed in oil based metallic copper ink on Somerset black velvet paper.
Printed as a variable edition which means it can be printed in a variety of colours- please see me other listing for colour options.
Titled 'Wintering' this print was drawn and designed on the winter solstice on the shortest day of the year. I drew directly onto the linoblock, and sketched out a hellebore and different fern varieties-all plants that I associate with winter. The ferns twist and curve, dancing upwards towards the light.
Please note that metallic copper prints can appear darker in different light conditions (as you will see from the photos) but catch the light and shine beautifully!
Dimensions: Approx 25 cms x 36 cms
Each print is signed, titled, and numbered and sent in a hard backed package.
