Super Seconds festival listing: Unbleached 100% cotton hand printed tea towel

Super Seconds Festival are products sold at a reduced price as they may be slight seconds, or trial pieces.

A handprinted tea towel, featuring red cow parsley with a little comet and stars. There are also two small yellow bees at the top left!

This was made as an experiment for Speedball using their inks, and was featured as part of an Instagram takeover where I handprinted on fabric for a week. The fabric inks have been sealed through washing so will not run in the wash. I never got the chance to complete this print, but it works well as a tea towel. It is quite thin cotton, but very long. As it is printed by hand, the natural faded areas of some prints are part of the beauty of handprinting.
