The print depicts a tree shining with burning comets against a night sky, with shooting stars and meteorites. The tree's roots twist and curl interlaced with liliy of the valley plants. The border frame is of hawhorn leaves, an auspicious tree. This image is based on weird and wonderful ancient alchelmic illustrations. Comets have long been seen as heralds of good things to come, which is the idea behind this print-light and hope.
